On behalf of Duncan Eye, PLLC, we would like to make you aware of a change to our current health care team. As of June 30, 2024, Dr. Emily Graves will no longer be an employed physician of Duncan Eye. We wish Dr. Graves the best in her new practice location. Should you wish to continue your care with Dr. Graves, she will continue to practice medicine at Rayner Eye Clinic located at 6762 Getwell Road, Southaven, Mississippi and can be reached at (662)890-1112.

As a patient of Duncan Eye, you may call our office and request to be seen by our remaining practitioner, Dr. Kristen Duncan. If you have an upcoming appointment with us and would like to be seen, we will do our best to keep appointment time and date or as close as possible. If you do not have a current appointment, but would like to be seen, we would be happy to make an appointment for you to coordinate your ongoing treatment in a seamless manner to accommodate your needs. Please be patient with us as we transition from a two-physician practice to a single physician practice.

Your medical records are being stored in our offices. If you choose to receive care from another physician outside our group, please complete, sign and return a HIPAA Authorization form which can be obtained at any physician’s office. We will send copies of your records to your physician in a timely manner. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to give us a call at (901)692-5780.
